Terms for Carrier Billing


By using Direct carrier billing (DCB) or any other applicable Mobile Network Operators payment solutions, for subscription to TopTap users acknowledge and accept the following terms. These terms are not isolated and must be read and accepted with our supporting terms and policies provided on toptap.co.

Subscription Model

In the instance the user uses a mobile number with a prepaid card, the charges for the products and services provided by The Company will be deducted from the account balance the user has on the prepaid card or added to their Mobile Network Operators Billing account. Users will not be charged more than the advertised amount on any Network for access to the service, however, Networks reserve the right to recuperate any charges owed or adjust billing frequency. The advertised rates are displayed on our advertising prior to the Network Hosted Confirmation Page (NHCP) and this along with the billing frequency is displayed by the Network prior to the user subscribing to the service.

To access the service you must enter your mobile phone number and follow the directions established for this purpose.
To exit the service at any time, send an SMS following suitable indications or send an email by using our Support Page

A password will be assigned to the user and an account designation upon completing the registration process. The user agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the password and account, and understands that the user is fully responsible for all activities that occur under such a password or account.

The user also agrees to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security. Users must exit their account at the end of each session. We, the Company, shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the users failure to comply with these conditions.

Fees

Note that the costs will automatically be charged as soon as the subscription is confirmed, whether the service is used or not. Where a Free Trial period has been offered User’s will be charged upon the expiration of the Free Trial period.

Refund Policy

Our company values its customers and strives to provide quality products and services. We understand that Sometimes, customers may wish to request a refund for their subscription.. Refunds for such transactions will be granted at the sole discretion of our company.

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund by contacting our customer support team at Support Page. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome of our review.

If your refund request is approved, we will ask you for your banking details for the purpose of processing the refund directly into your bank account, less any applicable fees or charges. Kindly be advised that no third parties, such as spouses, relatives, partners, etc will be entitled to or may request a refund on the subscriber's behalf or in their own capacity.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund requests for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

● Products or services that have been used or consumed;
● Failure to comply with our terms and conditions;
● Fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy; .

In the event that a refund is granted, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the refund to appear in the User’s account.

Customers are advised that TopTap may contract out our customer support services to third parties. Such parties are bound by our policies and terms as provided to them. We encourage customers interacting with these services to read and understand the terms and policies these partners provide on their site.

Free trial periods and misuse of these periods

We may offer our customers a free trial period, whereby users can engage with our services and get a feel for our content. We as a company may take action against users who misuse our free trial promotions when offered. Such misuse may include but is not limited to:

Registration of multiple accounts to use multiple free trial periods
Deactivation and reactivation of subscriptions in order to reuse trial periods
Use or misleading and or deceptive means or communications to gain further free trials
Anyother method that goes against law, morality and or public opinion.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards misuse of our sites and promotions. We as the company reserve our rights to at our sole discretion apply any one or more of the following consequences to a user or users who have conducted the aforementioned infringements and/or who are suspected of conducting such misuse of our services and or promotions.

Blacklisting users from using our services in the future
Termination and or suspension of the users account
Pursue any and all further Legal Actions against such users without limitations to damages and/or criminal proceedings
