Terms for Online Payments


By using Online Payment methods, (such as credit cards, e-wallets/Google pay etc) for subscription to TopTap user’s acknowledge and accept the following terms. These terms are not isolated and must be accepted with our supporting terms and policies provided on toptap.co.

Subscription Model

Through browser A user may click on an advertising banner which offers our services. The user is then redirected to our subscription flow. The first page will ask a user to enter their email address, Later user’s will be asked to furnish their credit card or to link to their wallet or online payments platform details. Without this information, the subscription process cannot be completed. Once the process is complete, an email is sent to users confirming that you have registered.

Directly through our platform: User's may interact with out sites directly, when attempting to download a paid item, user’s will be redirected to a safe subscription flow, that offers users full view of our site and terms, all costs associated with our subscription model and a safe payments page, where users will be prompted to enter their applicable online payment details to complete subscription to our services and access our paid content.

At no point does our Company, subsidiaries and or group entities collect and store your online payment details such as credit card details and or account numbers. We use leading payment providers who are all PCI compliant to facilitate our online payments. We at no point can see your online payment card and or wallet details and encourage users not to share this information with us when contacting us or our third party customer support partners.

Fees

User’s engaging TopTap through online payment methods acknowledge and understand that toptap.co is a subscription based service and thus user’s will incur a monthly recurring fee. Kindly note that our prices are jurisdiction specific and will be fully displayed on the interactive advertisements materials and before purchase so that users are fully appraised of prices at all times, User’s are expected to note these price points at all times.

Users whose payment is declined due to insufficient funds will be subjected to Staggered billing, which means that we are entitled to charge the card the full subscription fees in multiple charges until all amounts due are paid in full. This does not exempt customers from the company collecting all outstanding and due payments owing and outstanding for unpaid subscriptions.

We note that all prices related to the subscription service is displayed before subscription takes place and is visible on all billing reminder notifications. The Company hereby states that we cannot be held liable for the use of incorrect, spam and/or fake email addresses/accounts used by users during the subscription process.
We the company reserve the right to change these price points by updating our advertising campaigns and/or these terms and making them available to our user’s on our sites at all times. It is thus the User’s responsibility to remain abreast of any amendments made herein.

Note that the costs will automatically be charged as soon as the subscription is confirmed, whether the service is used or not. Where a Free Trial period has been offered User’s will be charged upon the expiration of the Free Trial period.

Users must be aware that all online payment transactions will be subjected to a payment system controlled and run by our trusted partners such as PSP and Gateway service providers, who are independent third parties and therefore we cannot be held liable for any loss, damages, unlawful conduct and/or any discriminatory practices displayed or conducted by our partners. Users are urged to read all terms and conditions before transacting.

Refund Policy for Online Payments

Our company values its customers and strives to provide quality products and services. We understand that sometimes, customers may need to request a refund for a purchase made through our website using an online payment method. Refunds for such transactions will be granted at the sole discretion of our company. In the case of third party partners providing customer support services to TopTap, such refunds are governed by our policies.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by contacting our customer support team at Support Page. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome of our review. If your refund request is approved, we will credit your online payment/credit card account for the full amount of the purchase price, less any applicable fees or charges. Kindly be advised that refunds will only be issued to online payment method ie credit card used at the time of purchase and will only be issued to the purchaser of the product, no third parties, such as spouses, relatives, partners, etc will be entitled to or may request a refund on the purchaser's behalf or in their own capacity.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund requests for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

● Products or services that have been used or consumed;
● Failure to comply with our terms and conditions of sale;
● Fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy;
● Refund requests made outside of the specified time frame.

In the event that a refund is granted, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the refund to appear in the User’s account.

Customers are advised that TopTap may contract out our customer support services to third parties. Such parties are bound by our policies and terms as provided to them. We encourage customers interacting with these services to read and understand the terms and policies these partners provide on their site.

Free trial periods and misuse of these periods

At our Sole Discretion, We may offer our customers a free trial period, whereby users can engage with our services and get a feel for our content. We as a Company may take action against users who misuse our free trial promotions when offered. Such misuse may include but is not limited to:

● Registration of multiple accounts to use multiple free trial periods
● Deactivation and reactivation of subscriptions in order to reuse trial periods
● Use or misleading and or deceptive means or communications to gain further free trials
● Anyother method that goes against law, morality and or public opinion.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards misuse of our sites and promotions. We reserve our rights to at our sole discretion apply any one or more of the following consequences to a user or users who have conducted the aforementioned infringements and/or who are suspected of conducting such misuse of our services and or promotions.

1. Blacklisting users from using our services in the future
2. Termination and or suspension of the users account
3. Pursue any and all further Legal Actions against such users without limitations to damages and/or criminal proceedings
